The UK book market is worth an estimated £1.38 billion, and one company is hoping to cash in on that by revolutionising book production.

Between The Lines Books have created a new children’s book - Behind the Magic Door: Sophie and Teddy’s Letter Adventure. Their aim is to create beautiful, personalised books that take children on their own journey while promoting creativity, imagination and curiosity.

Richard Warriner, CEO of Between The Lines Books explains:

“We wanted to create a story that’s personalised for each child and supports them as they learn to read. So we set to work making beautiful books that take children on an adventure to discover the letters of their name, with each letter defining their very own story.”

Over 1,000 pages are managed seamlessly to generate the personalised finished product, with the books being available to order online where the identity gets added.

Once all of the data arrives at ProCo, we decide on how to make up the book. We get all of these pages in order then print them, ensuring they’re perfectly bound, packaged up and dispatched across the world.

Behind the Magic Door is currently set to sell over 50,000 copies in its first year. Personalisation really can make a difference.
