ProCo provides a number of free services from our sites, such as weekly newsletters, white papers, etc. There is no contract with ProCo for any free service, so no user can become a client by using any free service and ProCo is not liable to any user in any way resulting from use of any free service.

By submitting any content, you agree that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights to your content and any other works that you incorporate into your Content. You authorise us to use this content in any manner we deem fit. You agree that you will not submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, indecent, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Our use of content submitted by you

We may make changes to these terms from time to time. If we change them we will post the changes on this page. The amended terms will apply from the date it is posted on proco.com/proco-legal and will govern the way in which we collect and use personal information from the date of the change.
